Goynuk: the motionless carnival

Because we went in an off-season, the normally packed hotel was much less empty, just how we like it. Evidently in the summer, it is more like a carnival. There are pools all around, enormous water slides (which the kids looked at longingly each time we walked past), and even a mini-fairground. The little fairground was just outside of our villa. Only in Turkey could one do this, but the kids zoomed outside and hopped on the non-working rides (remember, no liability suits in this country). The ferris wheel was just right once we got the cars rocking back and forth. This mechanical swing was just perfect....
...once they got their Papa to give it a little man-power. I like that my kids can find their own fun without tokens. I like that no one worries about lawsuits at times like this.

The only problem came when this little guy didn't want to get off.
