Minus 8 F

We woke up this morning to minus 8 Fahrenheit. Apparently Phaselis the Great knows how to survive the cold, right atop the heater. I find it interesting that this kitty never tries to escape our house. We've decided he is wise enough to know from whence he came and that he has it much better inside. Hopefully, my walk with Jesus will be the same.

Seriously, I have been wearing long underwear in the house, it's so cold!! If I could fit on one of our heaters, I'd be doing exactly what that cute kitty is!

Oh wow, yesterday our temps were 70 degrees in Kentucky. BTW- totally NOT normal this time of year. It was beautiful but all this warm weather to cold weather is wrecking havoc on mine & the kids allergies. Looks like the kitty is staying warm, you do the same!

I used to lay across our vents which were in the floor when I was growing up. I would get a blanket and wait for the heater to come on . . . . Ahhhhhhh!

You guys might want to look into electric blankets, heating pads, or even the make-your-own microwaveable rice bags.... I'm sure there are tutorials for them online, the product itself is simple construction!

They're (all) used by me frequently and I LOVE 'EM!!! I love being cozy warm when the rest of the room/house is cooler temps!! Saves on the heating bills, too. :)

Stay warm!!
