Visit From Family: Termessos

A day of hiking and touring brought us another good night's sleep. We awoke fresh and rested...
...ready for breakfast....
and coffee!

We then took Uncle G and Aunt P to Termessos, an ancient city set high upon a cliff. Alexander the Great saw it and decided to pass it by, calling it "The Eagle's Nest."

There were beautiful views all around us...

...and even beside us.

The floppy hat club.

Everything was so beautiful, even the mossy rocks.

And then after a fun hike, we made it up to the theater. No show in that theater could have held my attention better than the mountainous panorama surrounding it!

For size perspective...

...and comedy relief. He's good for both.

Termessos will always be a favorite for us!

Wow. I had sweaty palms just looking at the pictures. (I have a fear of heights.). Y'all were up even with the clouds it looked like in one picture.

What a gorgeous place!
