Israel: Wailing Wall

Late in the afternoon, we got back to the Old City.

We went to the wailing wall. Men and women are separated for prayers.

Big Ben went on with his dad. The girls and I went to the women's side. I spotted this shopping bag!

Firstborn's hand.

The prayers were so sincere, so devout. All I could think is that the channel of communication is not open, for the Savior has not been asked to bridge it. "No man comes to the Father except by Me."

I was surprised to find even muslims praying there.

Meanwhile, CC was with Big Ben, praying on the other side.

He said this man stopped and asked him if he was Jewish. CC said no. He then asked if the boy (Big Ben) is Jewish (Big Ben). CC said no. He then asked if CC's mother is Jewish. CC said no. He then asked if the boy's mother is Jewish. CC said no. He then said, "Well, ask God. See if He might give you something."

Many pieces of paper containing prayers were stuck in the cracks. I am glad mine go straight to heaven, aren't you?
