Family Party
No matter what the kids choose to do to celebrate, they always want a special birthday night just for family. We had some taco seasoning (from Miss N, who sent us a care package) given to Twinkle Toes for her birthday. She graciously offered it so her sister could have tacos...a favorite!

She also got an amazon gift card from one set of grands and a pedi-station from the other!
She's waiting on the new American Girl movie on dvd as one gift. She also loved the Tennessee Girl t-shirt I picked up for her last summer. She is a Tennessee girl, who also loves Turkey! We love you!

Sara, you might already have this, or thought of this, but I have a tried recipe for taco seasoning. It doesn't take a whole lot of spices. Even if the spices are not available, one of us could easily send them to you and you could mix up a lot more than the packets.
I do this when I run out of the packets. It is easy, takes just a minute and works as good as the packets. Once you make it and use it, you can tweek it to your family's favorite taco taste.
You may already do this, but just thought I would mention. I have some other dry base recipes if you run across something you are missing.
