Hot and Ready Meal

I decided to venture out a bit and ask my housekeeper to make something other than the norm. She makes us a salad every week, and sometimes I ask her to make soup. This time I asked her to make borek, 1/2 stuffed with potato and 1/2 stuffed with feta cheese.

It was beautiful and delicious. That towel may or may not be covering up someone's pre-dinner taste test.
