We always enjoy seeing the enormous cabbage that grows out in this village. And nothing thrills me more than putting my Turks out there to show you how big that cabbage plant is!
He's a big boy and that's a big plant!
CC measured the leaves on them...some of them were 2 ft. across!
I never did get a Cabbage Patch doll when I was a kid. But I've got 2 now!

Oh, all time favorite post, I think!!! We were supposed to go out and enjoy the fall colors and have a family photo when the rain hit, temps dropped, and the collar bone broke. I'm praying it warms up some so we can try a photo again!
Cabbage patch kids in the truest sense of the word. That is really cute! :)
Cabbage Patch Kid dolls came along when I was living in Georgia. (where the inventor was from) When my girls were little they both had one even though Kathleen never played with dolls. I so wanted her to like dolls and she didn't, so that was how she got one. Karoline did love dolls (and still does) and that is how she got one.
I am so nostalgic about what my kids played with. Are you? So hard for me to throw away favorite toys. In fact, I don't unless David makes me. Ha. I have plastic storage tubs in the attic with all kinds of well-worn boy toys, stuffed animals, coloring books, etc. You should see the coloring books the kids accumulated over the years. Do your kids like to color? Mine always did and so did Dave and I! We would color with them.
