Germany Getaway: Christmas Market Nights

We knew our weekend would fly by, so we spent Friday just seeing things and thinking about what to re-visit. We knew we wanted to take one ride on the giant Ferris wheel in Dusseldorf.

The real trees decorated in the market were beautiful! One of my friends who went on the trip, L, is also Twinkle's discipleship leader. It was fun for them to explore together.

It was a a beautiful city all lit up. I guess it was especially meaningful to us, as we don't see much of Christmas in our city. Malls now have decorations, but they are considered "New Year's Day" decor.
