Celebrating Sweet Cheeks: Memphis Party

Sweet Cheeks, with her summer birthday, suffers not. She gets multiple parties every summer, and we love letting it happen. She is our only child who gets to spend her birthdays with her grandparents, aunts/uncles, and cousins. So, we say, "Let's party!"
In Memphis, we celebrated the Saturday night before she turned 7. She had pizza and a cute little cake with trick candles.

She opened gifts. Her Mimi played a trick on her and let her think she would NOT be getting the cherished American Girl doll, given to each grand-daughter at about this age by Mimi. When she finally got the right box open, she yelled, "I knew it!"
