Rendezvous

Are any of you who read this from Memphis? If so, you know about the Rendezvous. It is one of our most famous places to eat in town, bbq that tastes different than anywhere else in the world. We had the privilege of picking up our new teachers (and some old) from our pre-field orientation and taking them to dinner. This picture only lacks the couple CC hired later on in July. The Rendezvous is such an experience. One of our teachers is gluten-intolerant. She asked the old black waiter if the ribs were prepared without gluten. His reply was something like, "Yea, baby, you want the whole or half plate?" We are proud of our city and our great teachers!
