Twinkle Toes' class took a field trip to the Anitkabir, the memorial for Attaturk in our city. (He was the founder of modern Turkey.)

P. S. I have am beginning to mark each year, as time goes so fast, and one of the things I mark is time for you to come home.
When you said it had been eight years in Turkey, I was floored not believing it could have been that long.
Soon we will be reading of college plans and children leaving home . . . Not meaning to rush that, mind you. :)
