We have recently be...yes, I can so relate to this. We have recently been through a wardrobe overhaul down here in Izmir. Then my younger friends (college and high school age) discussed with me "what not to wear". Unfortunately, they didn't have the 2000 British sterling that Trinny and Susannah always give the WHAT NOT TO WEAR ladies. They did give me a few pointers, which was when the phrase "muffin top" came into play. theoretically speaking, of course. So I was left with a considerably purged wardrobe and the instructions that I could keep several items if I promised to replace them when I went to America, AND promised to wear them as little as possible in the meantime. I also found that I had to buy new, ahem, undergarments to go with those low rise jeans. Thank goodness long tops are in style. They definitely help the "air back there" issue.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2515389695579796669.post-35976935813639595422009-01-23T20:30:00.000+02:002009-01-23T20:30:00.000+02:00Oh, and I can't ignore Benaiah's picture. "There's just something women like about a pickup man," referring to a toy pickup truck and little boys who truck around their female friends' Barbie dolls.

Point being, I LOVED Benaiah's shirt! :)

MMelanie Kefferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10661384779320431611noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2515389695579796669.post-72712396518709042262009-01-23T20:26:00.000+02:002009-01-23T20:26:00.000+02:00What is the hip term for the bulge "below" the wai...What is the hip term for the bulge "below" the waist line? Muffin-bottom, maybe? GOSH, I feel like an old woman!!

Okay, all you young trend setting mothers . . . When you get to be my age (50) you will learn what a muffin-bottom is. You will also find out that you enjoy dressing like you did in your 20's and 30's and won't care what anybody thinks about you. :)

Signed:
The Old Woman on the Block

P. S.
